Clinical Consultation and Supervision

Clinical Consultation & Supervision
Kellin Connects provides supportive, collaborative services to clinicians, agencies, and organizations seeking thoughtful guidance in the areas of trauma and trauma-informed care. Our approach emphasizes ethical practice, reflective thinking, and sustainable systems change. We value professional relationships grounded in respect, clarity, and shared commitment to client well-being.

Who This Is For
Clinical consultation and supervision services are designed for:
  • Provisionally licensed mental health providers seeking required supervision hours
  • Licensed clinicians seeking case consultation or trauma-informed guidance
  • Agencies strengthening trauma-informed frameworks
  • Organizations navigating complex client needs or systems challenges
  • Community partners seeking reflective collaboration
We aim to provide spaces that support growth, integrity, and professional confidence.

Clinical Consultation
Clinical consultation offers a reflective space to think deeply about cases, systems, and patterns. Rather than providing prescriptive answers, we support clinicians in strengthening clinical reasoning, ethical clarity, and trauma-informed responsiveness.  Consultation may focus on:
  • Complex trauma and attachment dynamics
  • High-conflict relational patterns
  • Ethical considerations and scope of practice
  • Nervous system-informed interventions
  • Organizational or systems-level challenges
Consultation can be structured as individual or group sessions, depending on need.

Clinical Supervision
Kellin, PLLC includes qualified Clinical Supervisors who support provisionally licensed providers as they obtain required hours for licensure in North Carolina.
Supervision emphasizes:
  • Ethical and professional identity development
  • Trauma-informed clinical formulation
  • Reflective practice and use of self
  • Attention to boundaries and scope of care
  • Preparation for independent practice
Our supervisory approach balances accountability with support, creating a structured environment where emerging clinicians can grow in confidence and competence.

Service Order Assistance
We provide guidance related to service orders and related documentation requirements when appropriate. Support may include:
  • Clarifying documentation expectations
  • Examining medical necessity
  • Ensuring alignment between clinical formulation and required reporting
This assistance is collaborative and grounded in ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Workshops, Trainings, and Technical Assistance
Kellin, PLLC, offers workshops for clinicians and agencies seeking to deepen understanding of trauma-informed practice, relational dynamics, and sustainable care.
